About MGD Tractor & Equipment MGD Tractor and Equipment is a family-owned and operated business. Below is an introduction to our friendly faces at MGD! Please come and meet us, we are delighted to serve you! Daryl L. Grumbine is an experienced farm equipment dealer having been a General Manager for a John Deere dealership for many years prior to owning and operating MGD. Daryl has dedicated his life to the agriculture industry in several facets -- as an equipment dealer, livestock breeder, and crop farmer. Drawing on those varied experiences proves to be an invaluable benefit to the customers he serves, as he can recommend and advise MGD customers on their farm equipment purchases with real-life farming experience. Daryl's entire youth was spent farming and working in his family's John Deere dealership at the Parts Counter. He is highly regarded in his field and has assisted thousands of happy customers, most of whom become repeat customers! Owner of MGD, Michele Grumbine, brings her communication and managerial experience to the office staff of MGD. Michele owned and operated her own telecommunications business prior to serving as Office Manager at MGD and has many years of agricultural experience raising and showing livestock. Michele directly oversees all financial services at MGD, as well as assisting customers with email requests, accounts receivables, Internet inventory updates, and general customer assistance. Wade Gray serves as General Manager of MGD Tractor & Equipment. Wade joined MGD part-time in 2001, and has assumed his full-time place with MGD in December of 2003. You will most often see Wade working with customers and directing the shop activities at our premise. Wade brings to MGD an extensive background in operating large machinery, CDL hauling, and farming experience. Wade also manages MGD's rental fleet of Bobcat equipment and parts counter. Diesel mechanic Jodie Brown recently joined MGD and has proven to be an expert in his field. You will be able to find Jodie working diligently on diesel engines, skidloaders, tractors and general machinery. If you request a service call, Jodie will promptly and professionally repair your equipment. Jamie Wolgemuth is a part-time staff member at MGD. Jamie provides hauling services with his CDL license. Jamie's careful attention to detail makes him an excellent individual to deliver and unload your equipment safely. You will often find Jamie's assistant Cameron at his side, grinning widely! Additionally, Shane McKinney, junior at ELCO High, joins us in the afternoons and summer vacations. Shane is truely a dedicated worker who assists us in many ways. Shane sands, paints, repairs, hauls, and fixes just about anything. He also assists customers with loading their purchases and shipping parts. |
